This spacious 3rd floor walk-up apartment (No Elevator) is great for short or long-term stays. We are close to Hartford's downtown business and entertainment district, making it ideal for traveling professionals. Additionally, several of the area's hospitals and universities are nearby.

There is plenty of free street parking. There is also free parking in the back of the house, however the driveway is very narrow with a brick wall on each side. To avoid scratching your car, drive in slowly or avoid parking there. During severe snowstorms, you will have to remove your car from the street, so you can use the backyard or one of the public lots in the area.

House Rules

Guests are provided with an initial supply of perishable items (toilet paper, etc.). Once depleted, guests must replenish those items for the length of their stay. There will be a $200 cleaning fee for any service animals. There will be a $50 late fee for a 1-hour late checkout. $100 fee over an hour. Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 fee. . No more than 1 vehicle per reservation in the backyard parking area, including the garage. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, or paper towels down the toilets. Please keep the noise down after 9 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please take the trash out every Tuesday night. Trash is collected on Wednesdays. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No parties or events.

This location will let you enjoy the convenience of walking/living/playing in the heart of Downtown without fighting traffic to get there. Or find all you need literally just around the corner. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and an ice cream parlor. Additionally, the State Capitol Building and other government offices are a block away.
